"Why didn't you ask me why I just said 'yes'?" the brown-handed man asked.
"Why am I asking you this?" Grayhand said. "Wouldn't it be perfect if you just said 'yes'? Since things have developed exactly as I wanted, why should I change the subject?"
“It’s not that I’m asking you to change the subject. I just thought you were going to ask me why I suddenly answered ‘yes’ so readily this time,” the brown-handed man said.
